has anyone ever had problems with their wii reading their guitar? Mine will read it, but ever since i came back from vacation the guitar's been acting up. i thought at first it was just my lack of playing, but now i know it's not that at all. the kid i babysit's noticed it too. i brought him here to play on it and to do a song for me, but the strum bar isn't reading at all. only on occasion, but still not enough to hold you in the green zone on your rock meter.
Anyone else had this problem before? The guitar's more like a "generic brand", i bought it at Wal-Mart. Could be why, but I can't afford the regular guitars for it and no one I know can lend me a working one *i.e. the only person who could has a non-working whamy bar that won't even stay up, so it's uesless in battles*
It'd be a big help if I could figure out how to fix it, because i'm just $1,000 away from buying the character I've been savign up for, Lou.

Tom: "George? Where's Jimmy?"
George: "He's Larry in the cornfield."
Tom: "Jimmy's Larry in the cornfield?!"
George: "No, the OTHER Larry in the cornfield."
